Gîte interior
The gîte is on two levels, with a pleasant, bright living room/kitchen area on the first floor, a functional shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with two single beds, an office area and a TV, perfect for relaxing or teleworking. The spacious 16 m² bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200) for a comfortable night's sleep. Electric heating ensures an ideal temperature in all seasons, and a cot is also available.

Outside
Enjoy a private 150 m² enclosed garden, ideal for al fresco dining or reading in the sun. The gîte has access to a 10-hectare landscaped park, shared with the other gîte on the property, as well as a large private heated swimming pool (open from May 14 to September 14), a pool house with sun loungers, and a ping-pong table. Just 300 meters away, an indoor playground is available for children aged 1 to 12 (entrance fee payable).

Everything is included for a worry-free stay: sheets and beds made up, full linen, heating, final cleaning and Wi-Fi connection. Non-smoking gîte.
